How To Use:
Dissolve 3 scoops 30 g in 300 ml of water, milk or juice and mix thoroughly in a shaker for 1 minute.
To fully enjoy the protein shake, vary the amount of liquid to achieve the desired consistency and taste.
It is advisable to take the first dose on an empty stomach, immediately after waking up. Take another dose before bedtime.
