Shipping and Delivery

We currently only deliver within Cyprus. We have two options of delivery:

• GAP AKIS EXPRESS

We ship our products by GAP AKIS EXPRESS to all Cities in Cyprus.

Deliveries are made to homes (only in Limassol) or GAP AKIS EXPRESS OPERATION STATION (pick-up points) except for limited service areas defined by GAP AKIS EXPRESS.

Deliveries are made within 3 working days of the order.

• Wolt Drive

Express deliveries via Wolt Drive can only be made in Limassol.

Store pick-up

Store pick-up address – River-Plaza Complex Block, 81, Georgiou`A 3, Limassol 4047, Cyprus. Orders can be picked up during weekdays, from 09:00 – 19:00 and during weekends, from 09:00 – 16:00.

An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

Delivery costs

• GAP AKIS EXPRESS

We provide free shipping for orders above or equal to €100.

Orders that are less than €100, have a cost of €10.

• Wolt Drive

Delivery is free for orders above or equal to €50. Orders that are less than €50, have a cost of €6.

Important notice. Bicycles, wheels and other goods worth more than €2000 cannot be delivered and

must be collected from the Store.

After placing the order we can discuss a possible delivery method.

Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.

If you are not at home when your package is delivered, the courier can hand over the package to the nearest AKIS pick-up point.

Please be advised that on any public holiday dates deliveries will not be made. In this instance, please expect your order to arrive the next business day.
