Suggested Use:
Take 1 capsule 30 minutes before the breakfast and 1 capsule 30 minutes before the lunch. Always take capsules on an empty stomach together with 300-500 ml of water.
Duration of one course is 15 days, then a break is required for 10-20 days before the second course.
If you take supplement first time – start with 1-2 capsules to assess tolerance once tolerance is assessed – take a maximum dose.
To avoid sleeplessness, do not consume within 6 hours before bedtime. Avoid using with products containing caffeine or other stimulants. Do not exceed 4 capsules in a 24 hour period.
